The spacious family room included a double bed and two singles, allowing my daughter ample space to play. Although the worn decor and cobwebs suggested a little tender loving care was needed, the room's layout was accommodating for family life. Our mornings began with breakfast, where we appreciated the freshly cooked options, despite a rather leisurely service. It provided a chance for my daughter to interact with other guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere for families. We also enjoyed the close proximity to St Mary’s Church, which offered a delightful historical context for our family discussions. The location is convenient for walking into Tenby’s charming town and beautiful beaches, a mere 10-minute stroll away, though be mindful of the uphill journey back. For those less inclined to walk, a short taxi ride can easily remedy that. In summary, while Hammonds Guesthouse may require some updates, its family-friendly atmosphere and strategic location make it a suitable choice for families seeking a home base in Tenby. We left with cherished memories, encouraged by the potential this place holds for future visitors.
